This movie caught me off guard.  I did not expect it to be as good as it was.  When I was a kid, I watched and played with transformers so I did have extremely high standards this movie had to meet.  If I had to give it a rating from 1 to 10, it would definitely be a high 8 or low 9.  The action scenes were well done, though some of the acting was a bit dry you didn’t notice cause the action was so freaken awesome.  One thing though, by the time you get towards the end of the movie, when you see some of the transformations, they spend too much time on it.  Yeah it was very cool the first few times you did it however towards the end, the extra frames spent on extended transformations kind of took away from some of the action.  All in all, definitely see this movie in the theaters if you can.
