   1 Will let me tell you. I am American but, you want to know what? My husband is from Pakistan. He is a great man. Loving, caring and kind. I would not ask for any thing more. But he is an illegal immigrant. We have been trying so hard paying back taxes, lawyers fees and shit like that. So don’t say things that you don’t know nothing about until you step in my shoes. It is hard. And by the way how did your great grand father get here? That’s right!!!! This is the most hypocritical nation ever. Reply to this comment.

   2 Author Comment I dont care how you slice it. If he is an illegal immigrant, he is breaking the law. If you are American and he is your husband, he should not be illegal. I have no problem with immigrants at all. Only the ones who are here illegally. Your husband should of obtained legal status before coming over here. I know it is not easy but the influx of illegal immigrants is making it even more difficult for people to do it the legal way. By allowing people to constantly break the law it is like telling them its ok to go rob a store or bank. Thats breaking the law also. I’m sure you can come up with a good enough reason to rob that bank or store but the fact of the matter is that it is still illegal. A lot of illegal immigrants never truly claim allegance to the USA and still fly flags of there home countries. They are the scum of illegal immigrants and they are ruining it for the immigrants who really want to make this there home country and pledge complete allegance to it. Its possible your husband is a very kind and giving man, however, he is breaking the law. Some of this countries laws are pure crap but they are the laws and as much as I dislike some of the laws, I still FOLLOW them. I dont get speeding tickets, parking tickets, steal packs of gum, drive without insurance, or not pay taxes. I follow the laws and if you dont come here legally, you are a criminal. My ancestors did come over here on a boat. It was a different world then. By you saying its “how did your great grand father get here?” you are also saying that because people owned slaves back then that its ok to do so now. But guess what.. Slavery is against the law and so is illegal immigration. We are in a different world now and must follow the laws of this nation. Just because it was ok in 1800 doesn’t mean its ok in 2000.    5 Do Americans get to pick and choose which laws they break, or should we just break all of them. I’m sure there are a lot of people in prison that feel they were justified in what they did… but that doesn’t make it right …does it! The majority of Americans are FED UP with being ignored on the issue of illegal immigration!! WE want our current laws enforced! NO AMNESTY, NOT GUESTWORKER, ENFORCE OUR IMMIGRATION LAWS THAT ARE ALREADY ON THE BOOKS AND EMPOWER OUR LOCAL OFFICALS TO ENFORCE THE LAW!
